  So so so easy and such a game changer, I'm just upset we didn't do this earlier. We needed our windshield replaced for our 2013 Yaris and they came to our house, replaced it within the window of time specified, and I was driving it a little over an hour later. They even replaced our stickers for us. Our technician was polite, helpful, and on time. absolutely recommend.

  Safelite did an excellent job of replacing my windshield with the exact style of my 2003 Infiniti! They were on time, honored a $50 discount I found online, professional and even transferred my inspection stickers, so that I did not have to go to the DMV to get replacements! I highly recommend their services!

  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Scheduled windshield repair on 12/4/25, had a tech come out and replace glass but BROKE MY REAR VIEW MIRROR and the manager Summer REFUSED A REFUND OR FURTHER WARRANTY REPAIR! They literally made my car unsafe to drive and charged $412.60!! Be warned, customer service can't issue refunds! 12/4/25 - scheduled initial appointment for glass repair 12/8 /25 - tech #1 bring the wrong glass 12/12/25 - tech #2 & 3 break the mirror (it was hanging by a wire) and lose pieces of the mirror 12/18/25 - warranty service for mirror, no fix, techs and manager start blaming me for missing mirror pieces 12/23/25 - called customer service for a refund, they contacted the manager (Summer) and said she would call back. They said that REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE APPROVED BY THE BRANCH MANAGER, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1/5/26 - still no call from manager Summer, so I went to the location to talk to her. She said, "We can't take any responsibility for that" and that they shouldn't have completed the service at all and had a conversation about other options. But they completed service WITHOUT that conversation. She blamed me for the mirror and refused a refund. GO ANYWHERE ELSE for windshield repair, they will break your rear view and then blame you for it and refuse a refund. They don't want to fix your car, they just want your money.

  The place was my residence and the tech that they sent her name was Brianna. She did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I have been using Safelite for over 25 or 30 years and I will continue to do so because they do great work they have very professional. To whom it may concern please give Brianna a raise because she deserves it 100% thank you very much.😃😃💯💯❤️

  Extremely disappointing experience — multiple missed appointments and unresolved issues I’ve now had five appointments with Safelite, originally through the Rockville location and most recently through the Capitol Heights location, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. My insurance company recommended Safelite to repair my windshield. Each of my first four appointments had a window of 1:00–5:00 p.m., and every single time Safelite waited until 5:00 p.m. to call and say they weren’t coming. The excuses varied — the technician was sick, didn’t show up, etc. The only reasonable cancellation was the one due to incoming rain. But in every case, I had to sit at work after I got off at 4:00, waiting for them to cancel at the last minute. When they finally did replace the windshield on the fourth attempt, the side strips started coming off shortly afterward. I called to have that corrected and was assured the technician would come prepared with the necessary parts so I wouldn’t have to schedule yet another appointment. I scheduled the repair at my home since I have a garage, which meant working with the Capitol Heights location. My appointment window was 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. I received a call at 8:00 saying the technician would arrive around 12:30. At 1:20, with no update, I called the number back and was told they’d be there in 10 minutes. They arrived 20 minutes later, only to tell me they didn’t have the parts, could only take pictures, and I’d need yet another appointment. So today I wasted a six-hour window for absolutely nothing. Overall, this has been one of the most unprofessional and unreliable service experiences I’ve ever had. Five appointments, multiple last-minute cancellations, broken promises, and still no resolution to something that should have been simple. I would not recommend Safelite based on what I’ve been through.
