Although they used to call it NTB he mentioned to me that they are now called Mavis and treated me like V. I. P. Mr. Furman made me feel like he wasn’t only helping a customer, he treated me like family. He didn’t make me wait too long on the phone and he was personable from the phone call to the waiting experience. Thank you Mr. Furman and God bless you and your family and working team.

He made sure all my required vehicle maintenance was done!!! Definitely recommend Mr. Jones!! Also want to give a shoutout to Tanisha— she was great too.

Tanisha assisted me almost immediately. I failed to get the guy's name who also helped but he let me know my wipers and tires would soon needed addressing (had wipers done also). Everything was great, done just about 6pm!
