  I had a great experience at the NTB on Central Avenue today when I came in for an oil change. Tanisha at the front desk provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. She communicated clearly about the service and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It’s always appreciated when someone at the front desk sets a positive tone for the visit, and Tanisha definitely did that. Thank you for the great service!

  Came in to get my alignment done as i have for my last 3 jobs. They did a great job and honor warranty if there are any issues with your service without any of the hassle you may get at other shops. Tanisha was very helpful and welcoming and got me in and out the shop in a timely manner. Will continue to come back due to their great customer service and quality work.

  Terrible customer service shows no concern and very dismissive attitude was told it's a 3 hour wait for a tire repair she said she could schedule me an appointment tomorrow but when I looked up appointments they had one a hour from now if I had known that I would had never purchased the insurance; on top of the fact I was there the day before and they found no leak yet when I went out to my car the tire was flat so thanks for wasting my time and gas will avoid having my vehicle service here going forward.

  I had an excellent experience at NTB on Central Ave, thanks to Mr. Jones. He took the time to carefully look over my car and explain everything that needed to be done. His professionalism, patience, and hard work really stood out. Mr. Jones made sure my car was taken care of properly and didn’t rush the process. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work. Because of his dedication and great customer service, I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others. Thank you, Mr. Jones, for going above and beyond! 🚗👏

  I give 0 stars. I recently had an abysmal experience at NTB and I feel compelled to share it. My vehicle was left in their care for two full days for a scheduled tire replacement. To my disbelief, it wasn't until the third day that they informed me they had ordered the incorrect tires. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable. After wasting two of my days, I was forced to drive my vehicle on a flat tire to another auto shop to get the work done. This was not only incredibly inconvenient but also dangerously unsafe. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and the utter disregard for my time and safety. I would strongly advise anyone considering NTB for their auto needs to look elsewhere. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an auto service provider.
