  I had an exceptional experience at this location. I needed tires that were not available and Justin was able to call and find a location nearby that had my size. He was kind enough to transport them back to the store rather than have me reschedule for later. Jamal was the technician who installed my tires. He added to the exceptional customer service I received by delaying his lunch break to make sure I was assisted. The staff at this location are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their craft. I highly recommend this location.

  Had an alignment done at 330 pm. Happy they were able to fit me in as it was late on a weekday. Thanks to Anthony at the desk. Great service.

  I was experiencing issues with my tire pressure light repeatedly coming on even after filling my tires with air. I made a same-day appointment around 2:30 PM for 5 PM at this location. I arrived early and was seen immediately. The gentlemen came in the store and made sure I was taken care of since the gentleman at the desk was busy on a phone call. I was greeted walking in and after they came to the desk to service me. I was asked about my reason for visiting. I had my paperwork for the Road Hazard Protection ready to go. Once I handed over my wheel lock and my fob my car was moved into the bay for service. The gentleman who started helping me let me know that I was correct in the tire I stated as possibly the issue and that there was someone working on it. Everyone was really nice to me! I'll definitely visit this location for all of my tire needs in the future. Also, if you buy tires from Goodyear PLEASE pay for the Road Hazard Protection. It's worth it! I bought mine almost three years ago and I'm just using it (before it expires). I know sometimes auto repair places can be pushy and offer EXTRA services or warranties, THIS ONE IS WORTH IT!
