  I was very pleased with my services at Goodyear in the Capital Heights area. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was there for an oil change and other minor services. The staff made me feel very comfortable and ensure me that all of my concerns would be taken care of.   Service was Great. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with selection and recommendations. The service itself was handled professionally and completed timely. One of the best Auto Experiences ever! Great Store and Team!

  I had a great experience at Goodyear in Capitol Heights, Maryland. They worked on my vehicle and replaced my tires, a temperature switch, and more. Customer service was excellent, Justin and his team are true professionals and do outstanding work. Every customer and vehicle I saw was handled with care and respect. This is a respected, professional business, and I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back for service.

  I stopped by Goodyear Tire & Auto this morning after my tire pressure light came on for two tires. I tried adding air myself, but it wasn’t working, so since I was already out, I headed straight to Goodyear as soon as they opened. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. It wasn’t crowded, so the process was smooth and efficient. My technician, Shaun, spoke with me as the shop was opening and got an understanding of what was going on. He took the time to make sure everything was safe—especially important since it snowed two days ago and the roads are still wet. While I waited, I had great conversation with my salesperson, Anthony, who made the experience even more pleasant. When the work was done, Shaun came back and explained everything clearly in a way I could easily understand. He also took extra precautions to ensure my tires were safe and that I felt confident driving away. The whole visit took about 30 minutes, and during that time I was able to see how kindly and attentively the staff treated every customer who came in. My tire pressure light went off, everything was handled quickly, and I was good to go. I’ve been a Goodyear customer for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue coming back. Great people, and genuine care for customer safety. Highly recommend this location.
