  Service is top of the line. Always get a full recommendation and overview of my Truck when having it service. Brandi, the receptionist, is always polite and helpful. communication is great. Keeps me updated throughout the entire process.

  Freestate Auto & Truck absolutely deserves 5 stars for their outstanding service and professionalism. I brought in a vehicle I had just purchased from Virginia for a Maryland state inspection, and they turned what I expected to be a stressful process into an incredibly smooth and positive experience. From start to finish, I felt like my time, my vehicle, and my business were genuinely valued. Brandy at the front desk was fantastic – friendly, organized, and on top of every detail. She clearly explained what to expect, kept me informed throughout the process, and made check-in and paperwork quick and painless. Her communication and welcoming attitude set the tone the moment I walked in. Luis, the service manager, was equally impressive. He took the time to walk me through the inspection process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. His professionalism and honesty gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Jean, the mechanic who performed the inspection, did a thorough job while still being efficient. It was clear he took pride in his work and treated my car with care. When everything was done, the results and any notes were explained clearly and respectfully—no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward, trustworthy service. If you need a Maryland state inspection or any auto/truck service, I highly recommend FreeState Auto & Truck.   As always I dont have any complaints but Good complaints. The 100,000 mile maintenace by Freestate, I am very happy with. My 15yrs going to Freestate has not disappointed me, especially in complex situations with my vehicle..
