  I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we consistently receive at Mr. Tire in Cambridge. My family and I have been coming here for quite some time now. They have serviced my truck, my wife’s vehicle, and my father-in-law’s vehicle on multiple occasions, and every visit has been a great experience. John, the manager, is a fine example of what leadership and customer service should look like. He runs the shop with professionalism, respect, and integrity. The technicians working under him reflect that same standard—they are knowledgeable, skilled, and always willing to help. We were originally recommended to Mr. Tire by a family member, and that recommendation has proven to be one of the best we’ve received. Good service keeps people coming back, and that is exactly why we continue to choose this location for all of our vehicle needs. My wife serves as the Mayor of Cambridge and I serve as an officer in Washington, D.C., but John would not know that—and that’s exactly the point. We don’t expect special treatment and we can go anywhere for service, but we choose Mr. Tire in Cambridge because of the quality, honesty, and professionalism that John and his team provide. If you’re looking for dependable automotive service and people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go.   My experience was first class from start to finish . John carefully listen to what I needed to have done and advised me as to the scope of work recommended to align the vehicle, and provided the pricing up front . Mr. Tires technician completed the work as required .

  This place is seriously lacking in the ability to provide customer service after the sale. A simple exchange is beyond their capability without trying to pawn the work of exchanging off on you the customer. Yes I bought the tires, but they were mistakenly ordered as a mismatched set (white walls) bs raised white letters by the store associate not me. Then the store associate wants to lecture me on how to go about the process of researching what tires one might need. Hey Mr. Tire, your tires are way overpriced anyway. So much for trying to buy local.
