    I just want to take a minute during the busy holiday season to thank Mr Tire on Route 50 in Cambridge, Maryland for the excellent customer service and great value. I shopped around town for the best price on two new tires and Mr Tire beat the competitor by 100 bucks (for same brand).. And Angela Ford, the sweet lady who took care of us in the reception area, was charismatic, professional, and very kind and bubbly. Such a refreshing change from my normal service industry experiences. I definitely recommend Mr Tire in Cambridge if you are looking for new tires. I was extremely happy with my experience. Thank you and happy New Year to all.... Ps I am editing to add that the service was very quick. They had my tires on within a few hours.

    Had a special with oil change you get free tire rotation. Had to call the manager out to show him that the tires were not rotated. The technician who changed the oil said he rotated the tires. It was determined that he lie to me and the manager. The manager took the car back in and rotated the tires. Not happy about being lied to. Probably will not be back for any reason and will not recommend this place to anyone I know. Very disappointed. No way to do business
