- LLLRGOct 7, 20251.0Went to have an alignment for $150. Although I could find a place to do it for $90 in 2 weeks time I thought a brand like “Mr. Tire” provided professionalism and convenience. When I picked up the car I was told they didn’t have a printout of the wheel alignment before the alignment and after the alignment because their printer was broken and the data was “not saved”. Once I started driving, the car veered left and the steering wheel was now oriented to the right when driving on the highway. I went back and asked about it, the technician told me they didn’t observe anything wrong while they did the alignment and I had to come back the following week once their printer was fixed to get the details for the new alignment. I have now gone back to Mr. Tire 4 separate times to get a 2nd look at my vehicle to see what is wrong, and get a printout of the new alignment however I keep being told there are “scheduled customers” ahead of me and they can’t look at my vehicle. I have spent countless hours going back and forth to this location and the premium I paid for “convenience & professionalism” seems to have been only an illusion. I now have paid $150, I don’t know how aligned or misaligned my tires are and based on the employees reaction, I feel like a nuisance when I stop by to get my printout and an explanation of what is wrong with my car.
