(Have had difficulty reaching anyone here in the past since it is not staffed regularly in Cambridge, but had better luck making the request through my insurance app. The young lady was very polite, professional, and accommodating. I can’t recall her name but she is usually based out of Salisbury. She was great!)

Happens almost every time I try to contact them. Hertz in Salisbury is much more helpful and actually is "the company that picks you up"
