(Have had difficulty reaching anyone here in the past since it is not staffed regularly in Cambridge, but had better luck making the request through my insurance app. The young lady was very polite, professional, and accommodating. I can’t recall her name but she is usually based out of Salisbury. She was great!)

I dropped the rental I had off 2 whole weeks ago and still have not received my $100 security deposit back, I have called and spoke to someone about this twice now and it's always the same excuse that they're just short staffed and to give it 2-3 days. Now it's been weeks. I have been very patient with them. Now I'm about to file a dispute through my bank. If I could give zero stars I would.
