  I had called and made an appt for today Saturday at 730 am for alignment and tire rotation. I received 2 confirmation text and email . I arrived for my appointment this morning only to be told that they did not have a technician that could do the work today . No one could have called me? I was told by the rude and unprofessional kid behind the counter that he just saw this appointment. Which was odd since it had been confirmed since Thursday . Waste of my day off and time. This is not how you treat customers. I will take my business somewhere else

  My experience on the morning of my oil change had been horrid. I called in to let the shop know I was running behind for my 7:30 appointment. I was directed to a call center (abroad) where the representative was unable to find my reservation and then tried to pressure me into a new appointment which wasn’t needed. I was unable to talk to someone AT the actual service center. Then when I arrived, I found that the prices we planned for with online coupons were not accurate for the oil change needed and that my cost would be double what was anticipated. My level of frustration is through the roof. This is a poor way to manage a business. Let the people who are actually here working handle the calls and appointments. In the 15 mins I was waiting, three people were turned away due to improper communication and appointment scheduling for the staffing and certification of staff on site.

  The Mr. Tire in California, Md is my go/to place for automotive work! They are always friendly, helpful, and they do good work. I am a senior with mobility issues and they are very considerate of me, helping me navigate when I need it!

  Went to get cv axle changed out ,vehicle was there 2 days recieved a call and was told tech could not change out due to not having correct tool to remove, I purchased part from them as it was ordered already at a ridiculous mark up... got installed at a local shop in less than a hour
