  Randall (manager) was very professional and personable made my first experience at Mr. Tire very enjoyable even while being super busy with customers. Will definitely come back for my car needs.

  The gentleman at the counter was nice and was able to get me in, no problem. It wasn’t a long wait either. I was able to get my tire repaired in an hour and on my way! They really saved the day!

  The customer service was terrible and unprofessional. I was quoted 1-2 hours to replace 4 tires (I got a screw through one tire and the rest probably needed replacing anyways) on my Toyota Camry by the store manager. 4 hours later I was finally able to pick up my car. I spoke with the store manager for all of my interactions (drop off, my follow-up calls, and pick-up). Rae (the manager) did not seem to think that taking 2-4 times longer than what he quoted was a problem. He then proceeded to try and convince me that the extra time was not his problem because he only had one tech and he just neglected to tell me that when I dropped off the car. He gave a very lack luster "sorry but there is nothing I can do." instead of engaging in any kind of problem resolution. There is a staffing problem, a management issue, and a lack of sincerity or interest in customer service. Just take your business across the parking lot to Tires Plus or BJ's.

  I called ahead and made an appointment. I waited to receive a quote and finally called an hour after my appointment time. I was informed that they had not looked at the brakes and would call with a quote and that pickup time. An hour and a half later, I received the quote. Then they took about her hour and a half to complete the work. By that point I had to wait until the next day to pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice manager who had great customer service. When I drove away I noticed my car making a sound. I immediately took it back and put it in the lift. They located the problem and mentioned that the person who fixed it should have noticed it as well. It took another 2 hours to get the part and get it fixed. When I left, I noticed that the rim cover was broken. I took it back and asked that it be fixed. The nice manager said that I could purchase it and they would reimburse the cost. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and repairs. Without the nice manager I would never return.

  Prices are great. Service is great. But I have a 100% track record with them messing up the wheel and tire balancing. Basically, they suck at getting it right. I get the new tires installed because they are the cheapest aroubd, then go right to Chesledine to get them properly ballanced.
