- JPJames PrinsenOct 30, 20251.0Went there with my diesel 2500 Ram they said the plastic cover on fuel filter was stripped which it had been replaced by dealer and I have all documentation to back it’up so I brought it back again for service and they told me the same thing. I found out by dealer it’s a special tool to remover the cover and if you don’t have it you can easily strip it. Which they did so I went to dealer and ordered a new one cost me $151.00 after jiffy lube charged me to replace 3 filters and oil change $703.40 for a 12 qt oil change. Well I was told by the manager/ owner not to come back there with my truck. Which is 2020 with only 76,000 miles on it. That low mileage for a diesel truck is just breaking it in.So I won’t be going there anymore because my business isn’t good enough for them but they sure had no problem taking my money! One pissed off customer.
