- JBJoseph Bulynko2 days ago1.0On Friday called and and check if they could do a front end alignment, they said yes and I brought my vehicle in. After a bunch of stuff they said they couldn't do that but said they could take a look at my vehicle and tell me what was wrong with it. I mentioned that I needed my vehicle back that same day because I had to go see my son the next day. They said the store closed at 7:00 p.m.. I robbed at 6:30 p.m. and all of the lights were off and I was unable to pick up my vehicle and also found that my window was still down and everything unlocked. I received no phone call, the next day I called at 12:30, they for me that they wouldn't even look at the vehicle and wouldn't give any explanation as to why they closed down early and did not me to at least let me know that they wouldn't look at my vehicle. Image shows how they left my vehicle with the window down overnight. I couldn't roll back up because I didn't have the keys. I really wish they would have handled this a little bit better as I have nothing against anyone that worked there. It was really surprising and disheartening. They really put me in a hole by telling me one thing and then doing the complete opposite. They stranded me without a vehicle and without a reason other than I guess they all just wanted to go home early that day.

Upon arrival, the rep let me know that they did not have the tire that I needed but that another location had it. He told me I would not make it to that location since my tire was leaking air so quickly even after he put more air in it. To avoid me having to get a tow truck, he offered to drive to that location to pick up the tire for me. The whole experience is the definition of going above and beyond for your customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
