The acting was great though! They weren't honest in their assessment and when I pointed that out they turned disrespectful, I called to complain and all they told me was they would have a meeting about it which means they aren't doing anything about it, up selling is part of the Job lying isn't! There are many better and less costly places to take your car, Ladies and elderly, they know you guys don't know much about cars! They will target you first! Save your time and your money!

Well, I went there a few weeks ago for an engine flush because my car was burning oil. I went a day early to get an estimate on the cost. I was quoted a price of $109, and the mechanic showed me the price. The dealership had performed the same service two months prior and I paid the same amount. I returned the next day and explained to the attendant that I was there for an engine flush and an oil change. They took my car and started the preliminary services. The manager asked what service I needed. I told him, and he said it would cost $225. I explained that I had been there the day before and the price was less than half of that. He said the flush was $109 but the oil replacement was another $100 plus. I told him that price was more than the dealership. He said that was the price for both services. I told him to give me my keys and I left. What he said was the equivalent of getting a heart transplant but having to pay an additional price for the heart. You cannot get a flush without new oil being put in. They are not separate entities. I went down the street to NTB and the price quoted was $123. It included the oil with the flush. I asked several times to be sure, and the price did not change. I was willing to pay that amount, but after the NTB customer service technician questioned me, she said that I did not need a flush. I only needed to add oil. She told me the kind I needed and told me how to do it. I did not have to get any service from NTB. I bought the oil from AutoZone for $40. I no longer trust that Jiffy Lube in Bowie. I will never go there again as long as Jonathan is the manager there. PRICE GOUGING. Do your homework before you get any maintenance on your car.
