- DJD Johnson2 days ago1.0This place is terrible place to get your oil changed, and no man should ever let their wife or girl come here alone, the clown at the front desk is very aggressive with his upscale tactics especially with women the ole engine flush tends to be there hustle of the day there, I personally look forward to telling him no everytime I have to go there but front desk boy really takes advantage of the women when they go there it's sad.. If you want to get your oil change without all the pressure of the constant upsale tactics, go to the New Carrollton location.They will basically change your oil and you'll be on your way with no pressure.
- SCSteve Cooper3 days ago1.0Took way too long to get an oil change. The cabin air filter was pulled out and the tech showed me the cabin air filter. I asked him to knock out the small leaves and I would replace it myself. When I got home the to replace it the tech out the filter back in without even a shake on the filter. All the leaves were still in it. In addition they pulled the air filter for the engine and lost 3 of the snaps that hold down the engine plastic cover. Do not recommend.
- FMFred McCalupMar 5, 20261.0Trash , first off they didn’t have any oil on site. They made an order from advance auto parts . Secondly I asked for Mobile 1 full synthetic. I watched these folks put some off brand oil in my pickup. And they legit tried to charge me for Mobile one . Also charged for an additional 3qt and didn’t.I honestly don’t think that they even changed the filter.Horrible experience, poor customer service. Go anywhere be here.
