    I recently went to this location and had a great experience with one of the representatives. He was professional, patient, and provided amazing customer service. However, I could sense some hesitation on his part when assisting me with certain things, and it seemed to be related to how his supervisor might react. When the supervisor, a white woman, arrived, I observed her hovering very closely over the employee (a Black man) as he worked. The interaction came across as uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since he was clearly handling his role well. The dynamic was off-putting to witness and didn’t reflect a supportive work environment. I want to stress that this employee went above and beyond to help me and made my experience positive, but the supervisor’s behavior overshadowed that effort. Management should be mindful that employees are professionals and should be treated with respect and equality—not micromanaged or made to feel as though they’re being watched over unfairly.

    I asked For a refund on a steering wheel cover that was being returned entirely in tact along with the original packaging and everything. Some with lady with a overbite, lisp and bangs told me i couldnt Get one because it had already been installed despite their refund policy stating that if i return It with the packaging in tact within 45 days, I’d get a full refund. They act like i bought Car oil, used it, and now I’m tryna return it. Plus there’s only like 2 people in the store both of which are absolutely unaccomindating to customers. I dont Know if Rona got them acting like this, but with the lack of business they getting, they should at least attempt to work a bit harder for they money.
