  Went to store because their website said this particular store has the needed parts (wiper blades for a very common car). They said they didn’t have them and did not offer any alternatives but told me some other stores that did. After that, placed an online order for same day pickup at the store and as of 3pm the following day, have not heard that they are ready. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  Absolute abysmal customer service. I paid for same day delivery; that is exactly why I chose to place an order with this store. I needed a battery ASAP for my car. I got the confirmation at 3 and when it was over 5.5 hrs later I decided to call the store to inquire about my order. The worker told me “I’m not sure why no one saw this but all the drivers are home now.” He then transferred me to a manager who informed me that I had to send an uber to pick up the order. That I have to pay for an uber to come pick it up. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY THEN? I have a disabled child and we are expected to be in New York for a doctors appointment tomorrow. After reaching out to the regional manager, the manager of the store said he was going to bring it on his way home and that he would be here in 20 minutes. An hour later I call and he said “yeah I decided to just let uber handle it in the morning” (because that went so well the original time, huh?) So now I have to wait until they open in the morning, find a way to get there and back, and hope I can get it all situated and installed in time to get my child to his appointment. The fact no one all day checked orders, there was no communication throughout ANY of this process. And to charge customers for same day delivery and then expect them (which this way not said ANYWHERE) to pay for an uber to come get it is disgusting. That is not same day delivery, it’s not even NORMAL delivery. I will be contacting customer service to get a refund on the delivery charges as well as contact the BBB. I highly recommend you DON’T do business with this store as not only are they unreliable and uncommunicative, but will fraudulently charge you for services NOT rendered. EDIT: it is now the next day. I got an email saying it has been delayed. When I check the order status on the website, it says it is out for delivery. However, when I call the worker says it’s right in front of her on the desk. She put me on hold to go “get the manager to see what he wants me to tell you” and I have been on home for 20 minutes now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place.

  Extremely slow service. They will watch the line be wrapped around the store and still not have backup come to the cashier.
