I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent windshield replacement service performed on my vehicle. The installation was executed improperly, resulting in a misalignment with the windshield guard. When I brought this to the attention of your staff, providing photographic evidence, I was informed that human limitations prevent a perfect, robotic-level installation. I had previously held Safelite Repair in high regard as a professional service provider for windshield replacements. However, my recent experience has unfortunately altered this perception. Within a week of the replacement, my windshield began to crack. Upon contacting your company to claim the warranty, I was informed that the warranty does not cover what was described as "little mistakes." Furthermore, the customer service experience was far from satisfactory. Given these issues, I cannot recommend your services to others and would advise seeking an alternative provider for windshield repair needs.

A sizable crack appeared out of nowhere on the windshield of my Bronco Sport. That day I went to Geico online and scheduled my windshield replacement with Safelite. I am very happy with the experience, especially the fact that they came to my home and allowed me to go on living my life while my windshield was replaced in the driveway. That was extremely helpful and time saving. My technician, Austin, was wonderful, efficient and very professional. It has only been five days, but so far I’m thrilled with the replacement.

Overall, I am happy with the end result. However, what started out as a ding from an unknown object turned into a full windshield replacement. I was not happy with the initial repair, which the technician said "you'll never know it was there" - not true. It was more noticible than before he "repaired" it. Evidently, once the repair has been made and looks like crap, it cannot be repaired again, and a full windshield is required. The woman down in Florida who arranged for the windshield replacement spoke to me as if I was either a small child or a complete moron. VERY condescending! They did complete the replacement in a timely manner, but my car still smells from the adhesive that was used. It's been well over a month. Lastly, I'd like to say that I suspect that many of their "repairs" end up in a complete windshield replacement, because they must know full well that the repair will not work, so you end up replacing the entire windshield. Scam? Not 100% sure, but a little suspicious if you ask me.

I booked a late-night appointment and got in the next morning. The windshield looked fine at first, but as soon as it rained, it fogged up badly—something my old windshield never did. On top of that, the installer damaged my wipers during the job, forcing me to replace them. When I called to fix the issue, Tobias told me there were no openings the next day and pushed me out a full week. That turned out to be false—the main scheduling line showed plenty of availability. It felt like he just didn’t want to deal with a warranty repair. After Tobias redid the windshield, the fogging issue was gone (despite them claiming nothing was wrong the first time). Unfortunately, the same employee damaged my brand-new wipers again, even after I specifically asked him to be careful. Tobias handled both visits, and the experience was consistently terrible. Poor workmanship, misleading information, and zero care for the customer’s property. Do not use this location. Look at Google reviews and choose the best best vendor for your car, even if you have to drive a bit further.

I had a very difficult 1.5-month experience at this Safelite location regarding a windshield replacement on my Subaru. Initial Visit: Replaced my broken windshield, but Safelite was unable to calibrate the iSight safety camera system. I was told I needed OEM glass for it to work. Second Visit: OEM glass was installed, but the camera calibration failed again. I was told to schedule a third appointment specifically for calibration. Third Visit: After several more hours at the shop, Safelite informed me they still could not calibrate the system and directed me to the Subaru dealership. Dealer Resolution: The Subaru dealership determined the glass had been installed incorrectly and that the iSight camera system had been broken during the Safelite installation process. The dealership ultimately had to install a new windshield and replace the entire camera system. While insurance eventually covered the costs, the process took over six weeks because the initial work was not completed correctly. I would not recommend this location for vehicles with complex safety camera systems.
