- GCGreg CApr 4, 20261.0Absolutely horrendous Incompetence from start to finish. Don’t even bother to make an appointment as they ignore and serve walk ins first and quicker. Don’t try to park in their lot either or you can if you don’t mind getting towed. Go find a meter and pay they tell me. Are you kidding me!? Your whole business is working on cars and you do not provide any parking !? I return after 90 mins for a 5 min change of 1 tire having made an appointment and the car is sitting there untouched. Coup de grâce after they finally do the work and I drive away I feel the car pulling and notice the new tire is significantly overinflated and they did not even bother to balance the tires. Please please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost it should be shut down for unsafe service practices and complete incompetence

I showed up at my scheduled time and was told again it would take three to four hours. I also waited about 20 minutes just to get that update. The staff were nice about it. They are just slow.

From the moment I walked in, the service was smooth and efficient — no unnecessary wait, no runaround. Niqul was outstanding. Answered all my questions clearly, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. If you need tire service, this is the spot. Highly recommend asking for Niqul specifically.
