  Stress free and fast. Eliana was very helpful and understanding and was able to walk me through every step of the process. Will definitely be using them to switch out my tires again next time.

  I recently moved to the Bethesda area from a tropical island. Not too familiar with the cold weather even when half of my family group up near the Boston region and I occasionally traveled there. Hence, I was looking for a place to upgrade my RAV4’s tires to all weather. As a matter of fact, I was short in time, therefore I was looking for a place which can provided me with an answer to all my concerns (as you can see in this review I am the talkative type of person and I ask a lot). I called the store, after explaining my situation to Roll by Goodyear personnel (Ezequiel), he patiently explained me additional details I needed. I texted with Ezequiel all my concerns during the next hours who did an excellent work in pointing out all the details I needed. I passed by the store, and in around 20 minutes, I saw the three best options (already preselected by Ezequiel). At the end, I selected the Goodyear Assurance® WeatherReady® due to safety reasons (I wanted a tire with a good grip). I coordinated an appointment for the week later for Roll by Goodyear personnel to pick up my car at 10 am. They called me on that day at 9:35 am and were just in time to pick up my car. As a child, I was taught to take good care of my belongings, thus I was hesitant of giving my car to the personnel (might be a bit too paranoid, but it is one personality trait). To overcome this, I asked several key questions regarding the service during the pick-up process, which were addressed at the time. I got my car at 1:30 pm, half an hour before the predicted time. They also provided me with a verbal summary of the alignment results. I drove the car soon after, and I can tell you that the preliminary results were more than satisfying. At the end, I solve my problem, in a timely manner, without affecting my agenda that had been tight. I even got a follow-up mail regarding my purchase with the rebate information (come on, a rebate is always good), and other important details. If you are someone that as me, value your time and wants to get things done in an effective manner, Roll by Goodyear Bethesda is your place.

  The new Roll, at-your-home tire installation service separates them from the rest of the pack; extremely convenient and actually sticks to scheduled installation times with no added service fees. My installer, Javier, was awesome. Knowledgeable, customer friendly and made what usually is a less pleasant experience a joy. Mega props to him and the rest of the Co.
