- TJTerrence JacksonDec 29, 20251.0I scheduled a Roll by Goodyear mobile service appointment for 12/24 and was left waiting the entire day with no call, no text, no update, and no technician showing up. Customer service was closed, so I had no way to reach anyone. This was a complete failure in communication and professionalism. After wasting an entire day, I was finally rescheduled a week later on 12/30 and offered a discount. They told me my new date was 12/29 which was also a false While I appreciate the concession, the fact remains: Goodyear failed to honor the original appointment and left me stranded without explanation. As a paying customer, I expect reliability, transparency, and accountability. If Goodyear wants to keep customers, corporate needs to address these failures in their mobile service operations. I will escalate this directly to corporate and continue documenting my experience publicly until this is resolved properly. This may be the worse experience I have had in years with any company.
