Initially I was apprehensive about the unbeknownst deposit/hold at the time of rental, but Darius was patient and understanding during my adaptation to the policy. At the time of return, I was tremendously impressed by the Branch Manager. It quickly became evident why Darius was so great at his job. It was due to the kindness, relatability, compassion and professionalism he (whose name escapes me, for which I apologize) demonstrated by the head-the Branch Manager. So much so, that even the car washing gentleman was professional and courteous. I give this Enterprise 2 thumbs up, 10 stars and some major kudos. Thank you Enterprise for employing and grooming such fine young me to represent you very well. I will be back! A very happy camper, Jameille
