The associate called us that morning to let us know which vehicle we’d be receiving and did his best to accommodate our concerns—such as finding a car with better gas mileage and one suitable for long-distance travel. The lobby, located in a hotel, was comfortable and easy to relax in. We were placed in our vehicle almost immediately. The team was quick to address any questions, and the car looked brand new inside. They also checked in with us after a day to ensure we were happy with the vehicle. Drop-off was easy and quick as well. I appreciate that they were mindful of our schedule and efficient throughout the process. Thank you for all your help!
