The two 350Kw CCS units were down. I had to use the 100Kw unit, but was disconnected unexpectedly incurring another $3 access fee to reconnect. These don't connect automatically to the Ford Blue Oval network, so I had to use a credit card. After I called tech support, I found out the fees are lower if you use their app. What a PITA this experience was.
