  The overall experience was fine. I went in on 3/31/2026 to have my oil changed. They were quick and efficient. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I said no. When I left my car sounded off and I ignored it. The next week the sound preceded to get worse. I decided to look at my lug nuts. They were so loose I could unscrew them with my fingers. The experience terrified me because my tires could have came off my car while I was driving. I'm assuming they thought I was going to get my tires rotated and since I declined they forgot to tighten them back up. The simple neglect could have caused harm to me my kids and anyone else driving near me. I will never be returning to any jiffy lube again

  Update: the strange sound when I turn on the fan or AC. Still makes the weird sound and it’s pretty annoying. Both air filter had been replaced.. as the one of the worker there recommended that was the issue. How can this be fix? The team did great work on my car, and everything has been running smoothly overall. Hope it last. The only issue I’ve noticed recently is a loud, unusual noise coming from inside the car whenever I turn on the air system. It happens whether I’m using AC or heat, and it sounds almost like an old coffee machine brewing. Or like a plastic stuck inside a fan. I’m wondering if I could bring the car back for a quick check to make sure everything is okay. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them! As for the oil change I usually get a new sticker on the wind shield this time I didn’t get a refresh one to when I can bring the car back.

  Great service and the staff kept me informed. Rotated tires, oil change and air filter. I keep my car relatively clean, just needed the a bit of the dry leaved and debris cleaned up. The staff came through, right on time, with the fresh vacuum! BigUp to the staff and the on duty manager!

  I went here on 3/14/26 to get an oil change, and I didn’t receive good customer service from staff, only for the exception of the cashier inside and another young man who was working on cars . The owner was extremely nasty , talked to me with no respect, and to top it off made me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. I also had my son with me who’s autistic , and could sense the hostility, and causing him to have a meltdown. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE IN MY LIFE !!!!!! I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
