  Very rude after making a mistake on their end due to their language barrier. Sold me anything instead of making sure it’s what I asked for.

  The manager was helpful but a bit short and not very welcoming. Great location but the parking lot was not plowed even though all the parking lots around it were. I had to park at the nearby shopping center and walk over. I didn't want to wait to order windshield wipers from Amazon so I over paid about $30. I can why these stores are becoming obsolete.

  I was there today and the staff was excellent even with a quirky issue they completed the repair and were so pleasant about it. I’d recommend

  Although my own experience wasn’t horrible, what I witnessed blew my mind. I was inside, the store had about 15-20 minutes left until closing. A man came in to exchange something he purchased earlier that day and explained it didn’t fit or whatever the case. The gentleman at the register told him he has to come back tomorrow, he can’t help him with an exchange since they’re closing soon (huh??). The man explained the store is still open and he drove all the way there to do an exchange and the cashier’s response was “well nobody told you to drive all the way over here” excuse me? The man was an older gentleman and the cashier obviously younger, but that is NO WAY to treat a paying customer with a simple request. If you still have to keep the store open for another 15-20 minutes, how can you tell a customer to return the following day? He then told the gentleman that the store opens at 7 but to come at 9 if he wanted to exchange something… that makes no sense at all. And for that I will not come back to this location.
