    Even on new years day, customer service was excellent , he was extremely helpful and pleasant, although it was very cold he checked my battery and did a diagnostic explaining what to look for if there's a problem, very pleased with store #06645,Baltimore Ave.

    The worker with the dreads is rude, doesnt even know how to speak properly to a customer nor ask for things in a manner way. I am customer looking for a good service, not asking things for free or anything.

    You guys need to check your team, one of your employees, and old white man working yesterday was completely disrespectful to my friends mother. She came to get her key fob replaced and asked for the service only for the man in question to respond with telling her she needs to open her key fob herself and turn his back to her to refer to her to another person as “this woman” while she was still standing in front of him and she had to go to another CUSTOMER for assistance. I don’t know if he felt like he could get away with saying something so disrespectful because she had an accent but newsflash, she understood perfectly to recount her story so if yall are going to hire racists/misogynists or whatever that guy was, at least make sure they’re able to properly service their customers when they clock in. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I hope it’s properly addressed within your company. Her recipt says she was finally serviced yesterday at 12:56 pm so if you actually care about your customers or this google review i hope there’s some type of meeting or reprimand
