  The service was great! I was in and out quickly and Nikki was very knowledgeable. She explained everything so I could understand and was very pleasant to deal with. I love seeing a female working in a male dominated field! I will definitely be a return customer!

  I really tried to give this company a chance. I have gone to 2 different locations. The first location in Perry Hall did not tighten something after my oil change which lead to oil leaking out, my mechanic fixed this for me and confirmed iy was from them not tightening some lid. I then tried the bel air location. They refused to change my oil because there was spilled oil and said I had a huge oil leak. Took my car back to my mechanic and he confirmed their was no leak but just left over oil from the issue that vavoline caused. He cleaned it up some. Tried the bel air location again today and the original person was kind and started my oil change but the same nasty rude lady from last time approached her and told her she cant change my oil because she saw an oil spot. I explain they said the same thing last time and I took it the mechanic but she blew me off. Seems like they just dont want bussiness. Don't use them, the convince is not worth the hazzle, waste of time or damage they could cause to a vechile.

  the crew here is absolutely phenomimal! they’re quick and have a great work ethic, and to top it off their personalities are even better! it’s good to come to a place you can trust!

  I can’t say enough about this business! Every employee works as a team to make sure everyone is safe and they work together to make sure everything is done correctly. They show you your air filters and let you know if they are good or if you should change it. They are not pushy about buying their filters or any product for that matter. They show you the fluid dipsticks so you know you have the proper amount. Everything is done with care for the customer- I don’t worry at all when I pull out of the shop. I know everything is tightened properly and filled to the proper level! Highly recommend this business!

  After telling them that I only want an oil change, they continue to try to talk me into buying two hundred dollars worth of crap I don't need. I even told them that the motor in the rear wiper blade is fried and still tried to sell me an over priced wiper blade. Instead of paying attention to what is going on, they did not latch my hood correctly.Three quarters of the way home, my hood pops open, it could have killed me or someone else. When I try to call there is not a human answering. The number you call online directs you to some sort of AI service and when you say you wanna speak to a live representative, it will not redirect you anywhere other than going online. You need to teach your employees that when they tell you, they want just an oil change to leave them alone about everything else. I only bring my vehicles there for an oil change because I don't have time to do it on a regular scheduled visit. I have a state certified inspector who fixes anything else that I need to have done for my vehicles being thats it for the state of Pennsylvania in which I live in. Learn that just because someone brings you their vehicle for an oil change that it does not mean they do not know about vehicles. After this last visit, Ill go back to Jiffy Lube for now on.
