  Plaza has always come through. They understood my problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Thanks Plaza. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Plaza since 2016. They have all been excellent. My latest purchase is a 2024 Escape Hybrid. It has been amazing. I have averaged over 40 mpg while driving it for the past two years.

  Specifically for the service department. I brought my F150 in for routine service oil, change, tire rotation. After I left, I noticed four or five little cuts on the passenger seat all in the same direction in one localized area that we’re not there before. I called and talked to a service manager. He told me to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I brought it in on the next available day. He looked at it and told me he spoke with his tech and he never got in that seat as it was the passenger seat, and there was no reason for him to. I asked if he may have sat there to check the cabin air filter as it’s located behind the glove box. And what she told me that they didn’t check the cabin air filter and typically do not so once again there was no reason for his guy to sit there.. Which is another problem because typically all my invoices and on the invoice for that trip it says they inspected the cabin air filter. So either he sat there and ripped my seat when he checked the air filter or he never checked it and they don’t check it but they marked the invoice that they did. Which makes me wonder what else they don’t check but say that they do. Which is a whole other problem. And I will not be back there. He did offer to get the replacement piece of leather At cost and pay them to install it. But I’m not really interested in having them do anything for me any longer

  I don't normally do reviews, however our experience at Plaza Ford was the best experience we have ever had buying a car! We went, looked, test drove, talked, went home, fill out credit application, next walked in signed the papers and out the door within a hour. Steve our sales guy was absolutely amazing to work with and made everything easy and as painless as car buying can be!

  Avoid this dealership. I have been following a vehicle throughout the month of March and woke up and checked today after I received an email saying that the price had dropped. The price had dropped due to an additional rebate of $3500. When I called to get updated in pricing on the quote that was originally provided my quote was $300 more than the original. All of a sudden they would not grant the price that was posted on their website. Been in this county my whole life and heard a lot of negative about this dealership. It appears the negative is true.

  We went in and they were able to service my car and my husbands non-Ford vehicle on a Saturday. Great customer service. Not a long wait time. I would go here in the future.
