- RRRotV_GothmogDec 13, 20251.0Not a honorable business. I had a battery replaced there and shortly after it was discovered that the technician damage the terminals for the battery. I contacted the manager and she would not accept responsibility even though she knows they replaced the battery and were the last people to touch the terminals. So we contacted customer service and the representative discussed the issue and just forwarded us back to the store. The store proceeded to just hang the phone up while the issue was being discussed. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I can only imagine how terrible of a manager you need to be to have such bad leadership skills. I asked the customer care representative if there was anyone else we could discuss the matter with and she lied and said no. As if Valvoline doesn’t have anyone above a store manager. What a joke, at this point I am only angry that I gave them so much money getting oil changes there which seems like the only thing their incompetent low end technicians are capable of but at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if they forgot the oil.
