  March 13, 2026 – I had a very disappointing experience at this Mr. Tire location in Bel Air. I came in to discuss a prior service performed on my car at this store. Another Mr. Tire location later discovered that the wrong battery group had been installed in my vehicle, which caused my car to stall while driving. They corrected the issue and explained what happened. When I tried to discuss this with the store manager (R.M.), he was dismissive and disagreed with the other Mr. Tire location’s findings. I was simply hoping to have a conversation about the situation and understand what happened, especially since my young son was in the car when my vehicle stalled. Instead of discussing the issue, the manager told me I was trespassing and called the police. I left the store to avoid any conflict. I never raised my voice or acted aggressively during the interaction. This experience was extremely frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected. I hope the company reviews how situations like this are handled so other customers do not have a similar experience.

  Have used them for the past couple of years and they are great to work with. Bobby has been great as well as the communication. They’re honest and refer out if needed. Highly recommend!
