It wasnt anything complicated, all 4 new tires and the 2 snow tires on the back of the vehicle were being saved and put into the trunk. When we had called to find out an update someone named Bob gave us the worst customer service ive ever experienced. We were calm, just wanted to know where we were in service, bob decided to absolutely crash out on us over the phone. Saying " yes the ticket says what we wanted, they are only human and mistakes happen" snapped at us that the longer he was on the phone the car wouldnt be done. As someone who has to talk with patients all day and needs to exercise customer service...bob needs to be off the phones. When i picked up my car the steering wheel and dash had a layer of gritty grease all over them. The snow tires that were put in the trunk both had the valves broken off. Good job guys...Overall, terrible service.

- HKHarvey Brown (kiyo531)Jan 5, 20264.0I called to have my low beam HID head light bulb replaced. I let them know I had the HID replacement bulb. I was told to come in no appointment necessary. I went in as instructed and the repair was completed to my satisfaction in a half hour. I wasn't happy about $40 labor to replace the HID bulb, but they did let me know the labor cost before I chose to go there. Overall I was pleasantly satisfied.
