  Let me tell you something right now: I have never ever had a store treat me as nicely, respectfully or make me feel valued as this place....EVER. 3 different employees have interacted with me and every single one of them is 24 karat gold. Makai over the phone and Mike and Steve in person. Look me in the face when they talk to me. Answered every question. Involved me in just about every step on the installation process. If you need tires or anything else they do and you don't come here... you're a dummy. For however many years I have left- I will be getting things done here. And let me mention- they did what they could to pare the price down for me to help a well. 10 stars actually.

  When walking into the store to get an oil change I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and sales man ship Steven was very helpful at giving me service with my Vehicle and I was able to get my stuff done in a timely manner I recommend coming to this location for your vehicular needs

  Sean and Mike were amazing when I recently purchased new tires and one became flat. Came to my house, put the spare on and drove it back to the shop where my tire was fixed. Had a wedding today as well, they made sure everything was fixed and ready before I had to leave. Highly recommend

  Called 10 minutes before closing time on my way to work due to a large screw in one of my tires. Steven and Makai told me to come and and not worry. They plugged my tire and got me on the road right away! Hats off to the team at Mavis Tire in Bel Air for the 5-Star service!!!! These guys take care of their customers and I highly recommend them to everyone!

  I went to this NTB/Mavis location for a rear brake service. While I’ve used other NTB locations in the past without issue, this experience was very different. The staff called me multiple times offering specials and services I hadn’t requested. I reluctantly agreed to an oil change while at work, although I normally do not allow this service outside of a dealership. After the service, my car began smoking—a problem that did not exist when I dropped it off. I paid for both the brake service and oil change, but the work was not done correctly. I took my car to a Mercedes-Benz dealership, and they confirmed that the damage was caused by the service performed at NTB. This location was unwilling to provide manager contact information and seemed focused on upselling rather than properly servicing my car. My car had never had serious engine issues before—only routine maintenance like brakes, tires, and occasional battery replacement. If you value your car, I strongly recommend taking it elsewhere for service. The experience here caused significant damage and financial loss.
