    The absolute worst. There were about 7-9 worthless men working. I needed an oil change on my 95 tahoe. They refused to do it right away because of a small leak I have. The vehicle is 30yrs old & this issue is normal. Needless to say I took my vehicle to a different location of jiffy lube and the job was completed within 20mins. Lazy men at this location.

    Let me start by saying I didn’t want to leave a poor review. I’ve been coming to this jiffy lube for over 15 years with multiple vehicles including my own and family members. Last week I came in for an oil change. Middle of the day but before school dismissal. The lines were long. For the first time I was asked to stay in my car. I want to emphasize first time. I sat there for a long time. A tech came out and asked me to back up as the woman in front of me wanted to leave. I wait again. I want to add there are 4 vehicles in the left bay including mine and only one van in the right bay with no one behind them. Tech comes out again except this time he informs me that the truck inside the bay is getting front and rear differentials and that both bays will be occupied so they will not change my oil today. I’m told I’ll need to leave. So I begin to question the tech and share with him that the manager should handle this better. I know how that sounds. But trust me. I was nice. I owned a large shop here in Maryland years ago. I did not give him a hard time. I did say they should’ve handled it better. They had me sit there for over 30 minutes and even after the lady in front of me left. Okay fine. No cursing. No yelling. Nothing. I’ll come back another day. Well today I pull up and the same tech is there. And I ask. Will you be able to do an oil change. A reasonable ask. Right? Well here comes who I think is the manager. Clearly all ready to engage me and tell me how I gave his tech a hard time last week. Again. No yelling. No cursing. Civil conversation. I express my frustration about the wait and turning not just me but multiple customers away. And he says and so what. Taken aback I’m like okay. I’m done. But not before he waves me off and tells me he thinks it’s for the best. Look. I get it. Customers can be difficult. But I was nice. It was like over the top. So he’s mad because he doesn’t like me saying I think it was bad business for making customers sit and then turning them away without even as much as an explanation or a sorry. I really hope there are cameras at your location. And I hope the owner is reading this. I hope you review those cameras. But maybe the guy who came to confront me is the owner? I’m not sure because I definitely don’t remember this guy as the manager. I’ll say it again. I have no problem waiting. I expect that I’ll have to wait. But to make customers sit in their cars and then have us back up and leave without even as much as I am sorry. And if you’ve ever been to this lot, it’s a one lane show in and out. Really disappointed. And on the anniversary of my nephews passing. Shame on you for making this something it wasn’t. Egos should never take over a business. Again, long term customer here. Or I was. Really disappointed.
