Paid 150% more and expedited shipping for a part that was presented to me as aluminum - but was plastic and also arrived slightly damaged. Business side manager unreasonable at best - argument seems to be her specialty. Could have offered any number of solutions to help a 20 + year customer- but decided to take a lawyer like stance on why this isn't the stores problem. All suggestions that where not her own seemed to be unreasonable. Her suggestion was to pay full price or return the part and eat the expedited shipping. Difficult to make a business case for treating customers in this way over a $50 part. The right approach would have been to match the cost of the comparable part - 10% off would have at minimum been resonable. This use to be a 5 start store. 3 star store at best today - and this last transaction really sinks it. Sad.
