  I had an excellent experience at this MTB tire shop from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option for my vehicle—not just the most expensive one. They took the time to explain different tire choices, pricing, and what would work best for my driving needs. The service was fast and efficient without feeling rushed. They got me in and out quicker than expected, and everything was done right the first time. I also appreciated how clean and organized the shop was—it says a lot about how they run their business. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the service. There were no surprise fees, and they were upfront about all costs before starting the work. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to find. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and willing to answer questions. It’s clear they care about building long-term relationships, not just making a quick sale. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing tires or service.   My experience there was exceptional. The staff was kind, courtesy, professional and fast. But let's talk about Mister McKenzie. I think that he is a great asset to your company with his pleasant ,happy demeanor. When you walk in the door his smile light the place up and brightens the place.And that's where the great wonderful experience begin. After meeting him, it sets the tone for the rest of the workers.Great job to all!!!!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire for an oil change. Store Manager Mac and his staff were fantastic—friendly, professional, and clearly committed to great service. The whole process was fast and efficient, and they made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. Mac runs a solid team that really values customers’ time and delivers quality work.

  3/26/26 — Mr. Mac was absolutely lovely in setting me up for my full synthetic oil change today. He was very professional and walked me through everything. I waited at the property and I was in and out in an hour!! Love it! Even the gentleman who came to let me know what my service recommendations were was exceptionally polite and professional. Mac made sure I got discounts that I didn’t even know I was eligible for. I will definitely be back! Outstanding staff here at 5301 in Catonsville!

  I brought both my vehicles to this location in March 2026 specifically for an A/C diagnostics. I clearly explained to the store manager that I wanted an actual diagnostic performed and did not want them to default to the standard $160–$225 A/C recharge and evacuation service. The shop performed the recharge service without completing the diagnostics as I requested. Afterward, they informed me that vehicle 1 needed a new A/C compressor for an additional $860. This shop does not use OEM parts, so there is no way the cost should be that high. Aftermarket compressors typically cost $160–$300. I declined the repair and had the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic. He found that the issue was not the compressor at all, but a failed Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor — a $20–$30 part. This shop not only overcharges for labor but also can not perform a proper diagnostic before recommending an expensive and unnecessary repair. This shop consistently inflates prices and delivers sub‑par work. For the sake of keeping this review concise, I won’t go into detail about the issues I experienced with my second vehicle until I receive a full proper diagnosis.
