  Called to get information about previous brake service performed there (front & back) and a very rude female employee said there was no history of repairs on my vehicle that I have taken there for the past 10 years or so. She was just too lazy to look. What a joke she was, and I told her so.

  BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I called in to ask how much it would cost for brakes. The old man filling in from another location tells me $249.00/per axle. So, I drop it off and later than day to have the new brakes. I asked where do they get their breaks... Autozone. So i figured around $60-$70 with the mark up. So I feel comfortable walking out with a +/- $350.00 bill. The next day, I get a call from the female working the front desk..( the one the old man couldn't stop complaining about to me when I dropped of my vehicle). She tells me that I need new rotors... I say no because new ones were just put on 3 months ago. She says that the technician told her... I explain the technician is wrong and nice try with the up-selling. I asked her how much for new rotors.... $330 for both. I explain to her that is highway robbery. She states it's company policy... I asked for what? She can't answer. Then asked her what is the cost of the brakes then... She tells me that the brakes cost $250/ for the set. That's on top of the installation per axle of $249.00 from the old man. So basically it was going to cost me if with rotors over $1000 for new rotors/brakes and installation. I ask her to cancel the brake installation and I will be picking up my car the next day. So, the next day I go pick it up and the old man is there. I tell him I am here to pick up my car. He is putting the information in the system and tells me the bill for the oil change is $110.00. I asked to see the bill... There was a charge for a brake kit. He explained that the lug nuts i asked them to put on to replace the two bad ones had a cost. I stopped him there and reminded him that the original conversation we had did not include any charge of replacing two lugs nuts that I was supplying. You said free of charge.. Don't worry about it. I gave him a look like and paid for my bill. As I walked out, I basically told him to go pound sand and that his unprofessional business practices are very disappointing. I took my car to NTB right down the road... $350 with new rotors/brakes and installation. I have brought my car to Mr. Tire ( Bel Air Rd location for 17+ years.) I am done. One rotten apples ruined it. The old man is stationed at the location is the one in White Marsh (Mercantile Rd) but fills in at the Bel Air Rd. location...Do not go there either.....
