    The entire staff was 20/10!!! On 4/3/2026 I blew out my tire on 95 showed up literally 10 minutes before closing and they still took the time to make sure I had a new tire and installed it!!! STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    So I had paid for my tires and instalation cost all on gigi tires..all i needed to do was just show up n hand them my car. When I entered, the man took my information And begin looking me up in the computer He began asking me questions like" is your appointment at 9" You purchased Kelly tires" your tire is xxx-18-xx" I ask him , don't you see all this in the computer? Y'all are the one they sent me the confirmation appointment time. He then says, "I don't see An alignment on here" I said because I didn't ask for one. I'm paying for yall to install my new tires , balancing rotating THATS IT. He says," well, we recommend when installing new tires that you get in alignment.It's an 130quot; "But we can check it for you free of charge to see if you indeed need one then let I know" I said, okay, fine.And he then confirmed my phone number Told me he would call me to let me know if I needed an alignment.And then at that point I would tell him , yes or no..My husband and I come back around 2 hours mark. We clearly see my truck on the lift and the guy's putting the tires on. We see him, take it down and then put it on the alignment machine. My husband says" it looks like they're DOING the alignment." I get out of the car and go inside When I get in the man I spoke to that morning was on the phone So I patiently wait.. He was on the phone for a good minute. While he's still handling the customer on the phone Another man brings him a packet of paperwork. And extends his hand out to him , waiting for him to take it.. The man on the phone never took it.And forcefully gestured to the desk for him to just throw it there.. The impression that I got was that these 2 did not get along and didn't work well together.It was almost like they were trying to One up each other Or dominate one another.. When he threw it on the desk. I looked at it and it was my alignment Completion paper work. And Tire install. He finally gets off the phone.Read through my paperwork in front of me which i've already read by the way. I said , why didn't you call me.. He did not reply.. And then i said you told me that you would have them check first and let me know if I need an alignment and then at that point I would give you the go ahead or not. The other man who I now believe was the manager interjected and explained "Once your car is up on the lift, we cannot take it down. And that doing so does more damage to your Cars alignment then good". He also said, checking to see if you need an alignment, it's driving it around.And seeing if your car pulls. I now know and I don't know why it did not cross my mind then that was utter crap. They could have easily put my car on the lift.Hooked it up Printed on a paper that would have shown my alignment in the red and yellow handed me that paper so that I could clearly see that I needed an alignment, I would have Then likely, have said yes proceed, but they were trying to be slick And get over on me..They simply did the alignment without my consent The guy That I was solely dealing with , and the manager began Bickering back and forth Right in front of me and my husband They ultimately said since we've already done it , we can take 60$ off. With tax and all that other goofy stuff they throw in ended up being around 82.$ for the alignment.. I was told the manager's name was stanley And Stanley, if you're reading this, it's not okay to get over on people who work hard and do their best to keep their cars, maintenanced and running.Well, you were very unprofessional. And although it might not be a big deal to you , you have lost a customer that would have gladly came back. As far as the actual alignment and installing my tires , they did the jobs Satisfactorily

    Fast, easy tire repair on a Sunday while on a family road trip. The gentleman who helped us was also really kind to our small children who were very curious about the whole process. Excellent service.

    I spent majority of my morning and afternoon there with no explanation of why my door handle got broken. The manager lied as if he didnt know him or the tech broke my handle on my driver side door ..I have yet to hear from the claims department and if I don't hear from them by tomorrow afternoon I will get the office of the attorney general's consumer protection division involved because i have proof. Also my tire was mounted on backwards which he stated after showing me prices (the manager) that he did my last paperwork. I have always tried to make sure my car maintenance is up to date in the last 5 years I have spent about 5 to 8 thousands on just tires oil changes and any maintenance required that they do just for my tire to be mounted incorrectly my fluids not topped when it's necessary my tpms fixed when it was supposed to. I have had my tire light on for two years and no one said it was my tpms they just always said the light will go off just like Thursday. The manager stated the light we go off but when I drove for a while I took my car back and they took the same tires I bought back off to figure out why it was. But if it was done right that morning I shouldn't have had to come back. I missed work and my door handle was broken by them im just PISSED!!!
