- WWWill WestFeb 3, 20261.0I feel compelled to write this review after my recent experience at LAZ Parking BWI/ MARC garage. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The both attendant and the operational manager were both unprofessional and defensive when I approached them about damage to my car that occurred while parked in the garage. I simply asked two straightforward questions: the corporate phone number for further assistance, and whether anyone had left a note regarding the damage or if the cameras had recorded the incident. Instead of receiving help, I was met with hostility and a quick dismissal of my concerns. Their response was essentially, "We're not responsible for the damage," despite the clearly posted signs. I have insurance to cover the claim, but that wasn't my inquiry. Nor at one point I asked about coving my damages. I just wanted clear answers, which I was unable to get. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address my questions is disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend parking in this garage. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve used this facility for years, but I can’t trust it after such an encounter. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service moving forward.

I didn't have the Amtrak app downloaded at the time, but purchasing a ticket at the counter was fairly standard and quick. I will definitely use Amtrak again.
