- DCDavid CannonMar 6, 20261.0Scammers. I paid for parking from 6 to 11 PM today and when I checked my receipt, due to an error with the website the ticket was only for our 6 PM to 8 PM. I called customer support and they told me to place another ticket from 8 to 11 PM. I did this and I was denied an exit and they told me to pay the $20 at the gate and refund the ticket which was denied. in total, I have paid $40 for what was supposed to be a $10 ticket and so far they have refused to refund me, even though every mistake was on their own end.

- KCKeith CaheeFeb 24, 20251.02/24/25 I was charged $66 to park from 11:22AM 2/23/25 to 10:57AM 2/24/25. Parking for 23-1/2 hours cost $66! Valet was only $36 to park. My room was $93 I stayed at the Staybridge Suites across the street. This was my 4th time staying here. I usually get the valet, and they park in this garage. But I came early to attend sn event at Power Plant Live. I am very disappointed in the price and customer service with this parking garage. When I called them, they told me to call back in the morning at 8AM. I don't think I'll be using this garage ever again. I'll edit the outcome. The parking garage has 3 elevators. You need your ticket to reenter the building by elevator or stairwell. The door from the stairwell on lv 2 has a broken steal door with no handle on it. It's leads out to a bunch of dumpsters as soon as you walk out to the street. It's a 5-minute walk to the Power Plant Live and the harbor. I did like the garage, but for $66, it's not worth it.
