  I had my vehicle repaired at this body shop following an accident, and overall the experience fell well below what I would expect from a professional repair facility. Communication was inconsistent at best. Unless I initiated contact, updates were minimal, and even then, the information provided was often unclear or changed without explanation. The repair timeline seemed to shift frequently, making it difficult to rely on anything I was told. When I received my vehicle back, I expected the process to finally feel resolved. Instead, I was left questioning the quality and completeness of the repairs. Unfortunately, that concern turned out to be valid, as I had to bring my vehicle back not once, but twice, due to ongoing issues that had not been properly addressed the first time. After experiencing both the lack of communication and the need for multiple return visits, it did not leave much confidence that the repairs were handled with the level of care and thoroughness one would expect. What stands out most is that basic customer service — clear updates, accountability, and attention to detail — seemed to be lacking throughout the entire process. For a business that works closely with insurance claims and customers already dealing with stressful situations, that is concerning. Because this repair was tied to an insurance claim, I am documenting this experience so it is visible not only to potential customers but also to those who evaluate repair networks and customer outcomes. At minimum, I would strongly recommend that anyone using this shop be prepared to follow up frequently, document everything, and carefully inspect their vehicle before accepting it back. Experiences like this raise valid concerns about overall repair standards and oversight.

  "I highly recommend Gerber Collision for body repair. My 2012 Honda Pilot had significant damage to the front bumper after an accident. The staff was very professional and walked me through the entire repair process and the detailed estimate and made the process painless. The repair was completed quickly, and the paint matching is flawless – you'd never know there was any damage. They even cleaned the exterior before returning it! I'm very impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer if neede. And this is not the first time I'm taking my car there.   They never answer the phone or call you with updates. I have called constantly and no one answers. The one time someone answered I was on hold for 12 minutes just to be hung up on. Ridiculous. I will never recommend them to anyone

  I'm giving it 2 stars because I did get my car back fixed. However, it took months! I made it clear that my insurance didn't allow me a rental car so I wanted to keep it there as few days as possible. This was a very minor accident and only my front left headlight cover was damaged. After bringing it by so they could look at it and determine what party they needed to order they said they'd call me when it came in and should bring the car in to get fixed. Months went by and I didn't hear from them. After calling a few times they finally said to bring it in. My car was there for THREE WEEKS until they finally fixed it and had me come pick it up (and the bill was much higher than the estimate). It's a real shame bc I've had so many good experiences with them in the past but this one really soured my opinion of them. I wish they had contacted me during the process and let me know what was going on, but they never initiated any such call. I've never had an experience like that where it took months in between bringing my car in for them to order a part and getting my car back fixed - all just for a headlight!
