I’d recommend additional customer service and emotional intelligence training for TJ. She was became flustered, and as a result very dismissive and rude. She started raising her voice and ended up hanging up the phone when I was speaking, mid- sentence. I do not recommend this location and am disappointed that an employee is comfortable enough to speak with a customer this way.

She was able to accommodate my needs and quickly ensured I was able to secure a vehicle. Please check out this location on Eastern Ave and Central. Tell TK I sent you. I'll definitely rent from this location again.
