  I made a reservation with this branch and they didn’t hold the car! I told them I would be picking up a vehicle at approximately 2 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM and they said that there was no car for me. They didn’t call me or anything.

  The Hyundai Elentra I originally rated was faulty. It cut off on it's own twice. Once in the middle of the road while I was driving, and once on the Highway. The car would not cut off when I parked twice. The situation was scary and life threatening. I had to return the Hyundai and get another vehicle from the Airport. But I was able to get another vehicle with no problem. But the pickings were slim. If it wasn't for the original vehicle putting me in danger and limited choice of vehicle ls I would give the service 5 stars.

  My favorite place to rent a vehicle. I rent a truck from them a couple times a month. Everyone in here are very friendly. Leah always takes good care of me. She knows what I like and makes sure I am comfortable in my vehicle before I leave. Most rental place give you a key and tell you to have a good day. Not here, they walk you to your vehicle point out and take notes of any damage. I would recommend using this enterprise over the BWI location.
