  Inventory system is flawed. The local place will tell you they have cars then transfer you to the 1800 number who says they don't have cars available and steer you to other locations far away from you. Be careful renting from this company. They will have you driving from location to location looking for a vehicle.

  When it was time to give my bank card information the funds were deducted from my account without a problem. I returned the car with a full tank of gas and I had to return to enterprise to ask why my money hadn't been deposited back into my account. It hadn't been done and it was done 2 days ago and I still haven't seen my $166. I think I'll try Hertz the next time. I'm not at all satisfied. I never should have had to return back to Enterprise and request my deposit. As of today, it still hasn't been deposited back into my bank. I'll try Hertz the next time.

  Today I came to this Enterprise location that I have previously used to pick up my reserved rental. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have the SUV I reserved two weeks ago. I didn’t receive a phone call or email about the lack of a full size suv. This was an inconvenience and disruption to my day.

  Car rental was a bit difficult because the agencies are having issues having cars on their lot. So you call a booking number that isn't the actual Enterprise lot that you're going to and their computer systems says they have cars and when you get to the lot the cars aren't there and are not available. Great staff though they worked hard to find us an Enterprise that had a vehicle so that we could rent one
