When I returned the next morning to discuss the matter I was told “I looked at the front tires and they needed to be replaced.” That was not my request. There was no apology for the error neither any compensation because I still had to buy new tires. The tires were inexpensive the other charges were ridiculous yet I understand it was not the authorization of the employees, I have dealt with other Mr Tire’s never had this type of treatment.
