- TNTweed ent NetworkNov 11, 20251.0I came in to get a oil change shortly after dropping the vehicle off I received a call about them not being able to take the oil drain plug out due to someone previously cross threading the plug back into the drain plug from the previous oil change I made the manager aware that I get all my oil changes done at Mr tire at that location he stated it was a different filter from which he was ordering that was on the car my vehicle gets oil changes every 10k miles the last oil changed was performed last year so now I have a damaged oil pan and cannot receive a oil change I will have to take legal action since I cannot receive help

When I left and my warning light would not go out for insufficient air in my tire so I went back. I spent another hour while they redid the patch on th flat tire. That was done wrong the first day and they inflated the rest of my tires. So that my tire warning light would go out. I was not happy with the service I got the first day I should not have had to go back.
