    The manager Che provided excellent customer service and she really made me feel like a valued customer and I appreciated that. The technician Chris provided excellent service to my vehicle. Because of both of them I will continue to be a customer for the company Mr. Tire.

    Called by the store on Friday a little after 3:30 PM, was told I was able to come in that day to have my tires replaced. Was able to get two new rear tires for a good price! The owner was respectful, nice & welcoming to each of his customers. Him & I shared a conversation about how I am a Morgan State University student and how he’s an alumni. He hooked me up with a discount at the end, which was a huge blessing 🙏🏾! This was my first time ever visiting and definitely would come back in the near future!

    I was truly impressed with the service I received at this Mr. Tire location. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Shiquia and Collin who went above and beyond to change my tire and to install my spare. They were very professional and insightful. I definitely recommend coming here for your tire needs/services.
