- JCJoann CrueDec 26, 20251.0Zero stars actually. Came in for a tire patch , and when I went home , the tire pressure gauge was going off. Three of the four sensors were bad , so 4 were replaced. Went off again 2 days later.Went to the shop. Happened again two days later. Started a case file at the HO. Requested a call from the shop.It never happened. Appointment made thru HO. Went in, the manager had no knowledge. Went to my dealership for diagnostic. Mister Tire charged me for 4 sensors. Only replaced 3. Also failed to set tire pressure correctly. 39/40 not 33/34. Either fraud or gross incompetence. Still not working. Requested follow up from a supervisor and it has been one week, no one has called. No offer of monetary compensation for their fraud or incompetence for the 4 times I went to their shop plus the time I had to go to my dealership. They don't stand behind their work.

This resulted in the hood of my car flying up and bashing into my windshield, shattering it while I was driving on the highway. It is a literal miracle that I did not get into a serious car accident. This is a type of negligence this is inexcusable. Go literally anywhere else if you value your life.
