But the LAZ overcharged us by forcing a $40 event parking instead of hotel parking, charged us for the week without discounting the already paid amount, charged us more than the hotel daily with a smile, then blamed us for not knowing the difference. Bless him! I must come back Monday, not a holiday, here for a medical issue for my family at the Medical Center - so this problem will be ongoing, and I will send my concerns to Bonvoy.
