  I feel compelled to write this review after my recent experience at LAZ Parking BWI/ MARC garage. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The both attendant and the operational manager were both unprofessional and defensive when I approached them about damage to my car that occurred while parked in the garage. I simply asked two straightforward questions: the corporate phone number for further assistance, and whether anyone had left a note regarding the damage or if the cameras had recorded the incident. Instead of receiving help, I was met with hostility and a quick dismissal of my concerns. Their response was essentially, "We're not responsible for the damage," despite the clearly posted signs. I have insurance to cover the claim, but that wasn't my inquiry. Nor at one point I asked about coving my damages. I just wanted clear answers, which I was unable to get. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address my questions is disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend parking in this garage. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve used this facility for years, but I can’t trust it after such an encounter. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service moving forward.

  Decided to take an impromptu trip from BWI to New York one day. First time using Amtrak, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I found parking rather easy. I didn't have the Amtrak app downloaded at the time, but purchasing a ticket at the counter was fairly standard and quick. I will definitely use Amtrak again.

  Website said $9 a day. Actual was $12/day. I don’t mind paying but i don’t like surprises for 6 days.
