Horrible service. The doors which i existed from were locked when trying to go in and had to go around the building to get inside the parking lot

Wish I could rate them ZERO stars. They charged my credit card but did not send me a confirmation email or text, and no QR code. I tried to call three times and they kept putting me on hold to get a manager, was hung up on 2 times and I waited almost 10 minutes the third time before hanging up because I had to be somewhere. I was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to rectify the situation. According to the customer service agents my reservation didn't exist therefore I wasn't a "customer."
Well, you took $34 from me so that makes me a paying customer.

I went to park in the LAZ parking garage in Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor hotel and was trying to use special code. I ask for help and was greet by Mr Pippen who gave me nothing but attitude and told me to either park or leave I’m so confused as to why I deserve such treat with asking a simple question. No one deserve to be treat the way I was treat on the early morning of October 14.
