  The folks at this shop are friendly and service forward. They've done good work on my vehicles and have gone above and beyond expectations , especially when I was in a jam.

  CAR NOW SMOKES AFTER OIL CHANGE Brought my car in for a routine oil change on 1/13/26 in the evening. The next day my car began to smoke from the hood. Took it back, the workers said it was a simple fix with a drain plug and refilled the oil. After two more days my car was still smoking. I took it back again, the manager Myron said I had an unknown leak that they couldn’t fix. I DID NOT have leak before I got my oil changed there. So I called Jiffy Lube customer care who gave me a case number and email which stated someone from the franchisee would call me in three days. Which they did not. Called customer care after 5 days. I found out that the store simply closed the case without contacting me at all. I called the store again and spoke to Dan Radeon the manager who refused to give me the number of the owner Bill Nelson. He said there was nothing could do and didn’t even apologize for my experience. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. I had my car looked at my a master mechanic who said I should never go to Jiffy Lube. Now I have to get my car fixed by a real mechanic for $750. This was very upsetting as I am a single mother who needs her car for work. A simple oil change has turned into major work because of something they did. DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE IN PARKVILLE

  I went in for any oil change yesterday, service was great and fast but perhaps a little too fast. This morning I was told that the hood was open on my car by a neighbor I was shock to hear this, upon checking I didn’t initially see it but it was pointed out to me where, I had heard a rattling noise when driving away but assumed it was due to a recently damage bumper. I called the store to let them know of there mistake and even told them about my damage bumper. I said if the technician wasn’t comfortable closing it I would have but to leave it open and not say anything was unacceptable. I was then met with excuses such as “we slam the hood when finished” , “maybe it was the damage to the car” clearly I wouldn’t be calling if it had been shut properly and there was no problem closing it this morning. There was no apology, no I’ll speak to the technician that preformed your service, just excuses. Which led me to leaving a review. Imagine if I had gotten on the highway. Previous bad reviews should have been my warning but I know now.
