I mentioned this to the check in person and she went to speak to the manager ... when she came back she said I would have to wait for several hours or I could come back in a couple of hours. I came back in a couple of hours and was again told it would be several hours, eventhough they had an open bay with a lift. It seems that they have no interest in actually honoring the brake pads for life warranty.

Today i find out i need a new engine because there was no oil. It ruined the engine. I'll be calling the owner and if needed headquarters to compensate me for this. I thought i was being responsible for getting the oil change. Jiffy Lube was the irresponsible party. I am crushed.
