My tire Indicator light was on so I went to your Jiffy Lube but couldn’t use your air hose because there were cars parked that blocked the usage of the air hose. I asked one of your employees to help me and they were very reluctant acting like they didn’t want to help and saying that they had no gauge to check the air. Well, I told him that I had one so I gave him mine. I could see in his face that he didn’t wanna help me at all, but he did.He put air in the back tire and said that it’ll be fine even though the indicator light was still on. So I told the guy that the light was still on and he told me it would go off when I drove a little bit. I drove for 20 minutes and the indicator light was still on so I went back to your Jiffy Lube and I figured I would ask again because your employees were doing nothing. They were just sitting around and they had no costumers at that time. So I pulled back up and a different guy came up to my car and I told him that I was just here and had air put in my tire and the indicator light was still on. Well he blamed it on me of my car being broken, which is not the case and it was obvioushe didn’t wanna do anything so he told me to go use the hose on the side. And I was trying to tell him that it was blocked, but he was walking away by that point didn’t wanna do anything to help the customer at all. I could feel a touch of racism going on here with your employees. It was so obvious that your employees didn’t want to do anything and they certainly don’t want to do their job and help a customer when asked, especially help a white man . This was extreme disturbing and pathetic behavior from your people. I will be sending this to headquarters also.

Tried to up price me right away. Said it would be $144 minimum for my car (2015 Volkswagen Passat) cause “price is up”. Didn’t want to talk options, insisted it was the lowest possible option. Wasn’t even remotely close to the online quote I pulled online. Happened around 11:45 10/15/2025. Went to Firestone right across the street. 98 dollars for full synthetic, and they explained to me my options on full. I genuinely think that the Jiffy Line guy threw out that figure to either 1. Just get rid of me. No one was having there car worked on, or 2. Scam me. Either way, glad there is direct competition literally 100 ft away that didn’t treat me like some wide eyed dip shit. I live here man. I know when something doesn’t seem right.

How long does an oil change take at Jiffy Lube?

An oil change at Jiffy Lube could take 15 minutes or less, that's from the time we start your service, and the hood of your vehicle goes up, to when we've completed the service, and the hood goes down! Jiffy Lube pioneered the quick lube industry, and we are geared to handle oil changes for all types of vehicles. We also know that finding the time to get your car serviced is tough, so if you decide to complete a few of your other vehicle needs while visiting us, like a new cabin or engine air filter, tire rotation, or new windshield wipers, this could add additional time to your service. Finally, wait times can vary depending on the time of your visit and location of your service
