- TMTom Matthews5 days ago1.0While I was here, they screwed up the brakes on a woman’s car and she almost got into an accident. They charge me $100 more than what they quoted me then they tell me I have a leaky hose from my radiator by the time I get home I look in my driveway. There’s not one drop of antifreeze on my driveway. Then my truck starts making noises. I decide to take it back here to Jiffy Lube before I get here smokes rolling out from underneath my truck tire so I complained to corporate The next day, the general manager calls me tells me that he reviewed the videotape and the only thing he’s seen wrong. Was they started to rotate my tires, took one wheel off, turned around and put the wheel back on, didn’t rotate my tires and charged me for it At that point, I snapped and told him that’s fraud and the only way I was letting us go is if they refunded all $420 of the money I spent on everything He did However, that doesn’t make it right Don’t go to Jiffy Lube Merritt Blvd., Dundalk. You will get ripped off.

They’re also supposed to vacuum your floor and that also wasn’t done. As far as the oil change, I believe that was completed but the additional included services were not.

They did not properly attach the oil filter to my vehicle and all the oil leaked out of the engine while I was driving. I didn't make it more than 20 miles before my oil light came and nearly seized up my engine in the harbor tunnel!!! I had to make a emergency stop at the Jiffy Lube in Dundalk so they could put oil in my engine. Now I am dealing with oil burning off my engine as I drive and it smells so bad in my vehicle. My check engine light will not go off and I am assuming they caused damage to my engine. Jiffy Lube would not take responsibility for the damages they have caused only wiped the engine with a cloth and told me I would need to contact someone else for advanced assistance. This oil change has turned into a absolute nightmare.
