  "I highly recommend Gerber Collision for body repair. My 2012 Honda Pilot had significant damage to the front bumper after an accident. The staff was very professional and walked me through the entire repair process and the detailed estimate and made the process painless. The repair was completed quickly, and the paint matching is flawless – you'd never know there was any damage. They even cleaned the exterior before returning it! I'm very impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer if neede. And this is not the first time I'm taking my car there.   Had to use this place due to my insurance after someone collided into my car. Everyone was very nice but I don't think my car is in the state it should be after repairs. It doesn't handle correctly anymore (for instance I've noticed myself repeatedly holding the steering wheel at an angle to go straight), the passenger door makes a scraping noise and some paint is scratched off the edge every time it's opened, and you have to slam that door really hard to shut it. I understand after a collision a car might not be 100% back to its original condition, but... I have to believe both of these things could have been fixed better, or more parts replaced if needed, or at least they could have discussed the problems with me if it was the best that could be done...? Idk.

  I only went to Gerber because it was where Geico sent me when one of their insureds rear-ended me. I had zero expectations, good or bad, but the experience was overwhelmingly positive. The estimated time of completion when I went in was for the following Wednesday, but it was ready the Friday BEFORE that Wednesday - 3 business days ahead of schedule. When I had work gear left in the car, a gentleman who I believe was the owner walked me back to where my car was and CARRIED the heavier part of my gear (an amp and speaker) from my mid-repair car to the rental. Speaking of the rental, Gerber arranged for a pick up from the Enterprise Geico contracts with, and I was able to drop off my rental at Gerber rather than a separate trip to drop it off. Outstanding - I recommend.
