  The are big liars they kept changing my date of when my car was going to be ready over 4 times never ever contacted me to tell me this I called the day before or the day of and find out and I believe you are supposed to contact the customer to lets them know I had took off of work 4 times to go get me and the manager had the nerve to say the was waiting on me when i received a message on theb12th of October telling me about when they installed the battery what was going on with the car so how was my car ready a week prior warn I received that call this week the insurance company referred me to this company never again will I bring my car back to these ppl it does not take from August the 29th to November the 14th to fix a car and they knew going I’m a trucker and I needed to know ahead of time when my car was going to be ready and some of the reason was the insurance company but they wanted to blame me for the delays I just don’t like people to lie on anyone cause it’s not right they don’t know I will go a little further with this matter cause I’m not going to tolerate anyone lying on me trying to justify anything when this was there problem and delays either someone was sick and couldn’t get the work done or they was waiting on the insurance company to approve some of the repairs you knew this going forward so why would you wanna few days before it’s time to pick it up to contact me never ever again

  I had a horrible experience with Bumper Globe. Communication was terrible from start to finish, hard to get updates, and when I did, they were not accurate. They had my car for 12 weeks giving me no updates. The work itself was poor quality and didn't solve the issues I brought my car in for. The first time I went to pick up my car, I pointed out multiple issues where the work was incomplete, pieces were falling off my car and not secured well, or not fixed at all. The doors they replaced were not even painted completely and they left the inside of my car a disaster. They have since been completely unresponsive when I tried to follow up. I have had to go through my insurance company to hear any news. I selected them doing searches on Yelp and Google and realized when I went to pay for the work, they off discounts if you leave a 5 star review... so that is why it looks like a good option. I recommend going anywhere else in the area. They apparently require that you pay in cash, which they never told me until I was there picking up the car, and then I did not have that amount of cash in hand, told me they could only use a card with a surcharge. Absolutely would never recommend any work from them.

  A tree limb fell and broke my windshield and put huge dent on the top of the car ,they done a wonderful job on my car

  Fantastic customer service. Body work was done quickly and completely. They did it well before the estimated time and it looked amazing. I am very well satisfied.

  I came here to get my car fixed after a collision and was so impressed with the customer service. As I was being serviced, I had time to observe the business in operation. Waiting area is beautiful, the work bag is clean, well lit and can accommodate a lot of vehicles simultaneously, and everywhere is handicapped accessible. Plus, they work with car rental companies so you get a rental on site. Absolutely phenomenal business all around. Check them out.
